What type of payment modes do you accept?
Unfortunately at this point in time, we only accept Cash (SGD) & Local Cheque. All cheques should be made payable to "Conet Printing".
Can we have credit terms?
All our products are strictly Cash On Delivery (COD).
How do I place an order?
You can always drop us a email with your working file, call us at our Office or have our salesman to serve you right at your doorstep.
Can you send a sales person to our office?
Customer Service is our top priority and we can always arrange appointments to meet up with you.
Will you match a sample I print out on my own printer, or a previously printed sample?
There is no guarantee that your finished product will look exactly the same as your printed sample. This is due to the widely varying results from different output devices including inkjet and laser printers, continuous tone proofing devices and high-resolution film-based proofs. Even from one commercial printing firm to another, there can be significant differences in results. In particular, inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than true offset lithography.
How long will it take to get my order?
Different print jobs with different print specifications will result in different lead time. Simple print jobs like business cards, letterhead and envelopes usually take about 3 working days from the time of confirmation. Print orders with complicated finishing like Lamination, Blind Emboss, Spot UV or Hot-stamping usually take about 5 working days to complete.
Is delivery chargeable?
As part of our Value-Added Services, delivery is FREE for every customer to any part of Singapore. We can also arrange international courier to the rest of the world via DHL or Fed-ex with additional cost.
How's your delivery schedule like?
We will call you before delivery. Should you have a specific timing and date as to when to accept the goods, we are glad to accommodate.
Will I always receive exactly the quantity I order?
Most of the time, we deliver more than you ordered, free of charge. If you intend to send your print order to a distribution centre or need a guaranteed quantity, we recommend that you order 5% more than the minimum quantity you need.
What type of application files do you accept?
Currently, we accept Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand, QuarkExpress and Adobe PDF files.
All images and designs should be in CMYK mode and saved to 300 dpi at 100% of the dimensions to ensure high quality printing results. We will not be responsible for low resolution images or bitmaps which will result in visible pixelation or blur image in your finished product.
Since there are literally thousands of fonts available on both Mac's and PC's, it becomes a problem to be sure that everyone has access to the same fonts. When digital art is supplied with missing fonts, we cannot process your file for production. The answer to this problem is to either to embed your fonts or converting them to outlines (shapes with fills).
